I decided to enroll in the Masters of Business in the Steets (MBS) course with an unwavering determination to transform my life and shape a brighter future. Inspired by the strength of my grandmother, a wise and elderly woman, I decided to embark on a path in sewing. Through this ancient form of expression, I found a deep connection to my roots and a way to honor my grandmother, who had taught me the secrets of this art. With the help and guidance of expert advisors, I brought my sewing venture to life.
It was then that the idea of making stuffed animals from floral blouses was born, evoking my grandmother’s loving spirit and vitality. Each stitch, each carefully woven thread, became a piece of art full of meaning and hope. My grandmother became my muse and guide on this journey. Together, we created a legacy that transcends generations, a way to help those facing grief and bereavement. As my venture grew, so did my motivation and passion to bring comfort to those in need. I wasn’t just stitching fabric and fiber, I was stitching broken hearts with the thread of resilience and compassion. Today, I look back with gratitude for every challenge that pushed me to evolve. My entrepreneurship not only provided me with financial stability, but also a profound sense of purpose and accomplishment. My story is a reminder that even in the darkest of times, we can find the strength to transform our lives and leave a positive mark on the world. With each stuffed animal I create, I know I am extending a warm and comforting hug, just as my grandmother would.
